Accounting Manager's Primary Responsibilities:

As the Accounting Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Your role will be pivotal in promoting a strong culture throughout the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Day-to-Day Duties Include:

• Managing accounts receivable operations, customer relations, and payment posting.
• Utilizing QuickBooks for reporting collection progress and other financial analyses.
• Collaborating with HR and the Controller on personnel issues and special projects.
• Assisting with payroll and ensuring accurate accounting entries.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of ERP system utilization
